VIGRO TEK operates in India and U.S.A to manufacture special purpose Geared motors for Industrial Packaging automation systems. VIGRO TEK also involved in assembling of Lithium Ion Batteries and development of BLDC Motors, Drives, Battery charging systems, BMSs to cater to Electric Vehicles including retrofits services for 3 Wheeler Auto to covert from Diesel / Petrol to Electric Autos and Multi Utility Electrical Vehicles to run on Green Energy.

Poorna is one of the promoter of VIGRO Tek Private Limited (VIGRO Tek). Being the proprietor of HMT for 35 years and VIGROTEK is a brain child of his diversification plans. He and HMT back up VIGROTEK with existing well-established Engineering industry with high precision machinery covering about 10,000 Sq feet shop floor and serving most reputed customers in domestic and international market. Hence making VIGRO TEK self-sufficient to operate with in-house engineering design capabilities, reverse engineering and quality inspections of Global industrial standards.
Veerabhadra Rao Yendru:
YVRao is a Mechanical engineer and undergone Management Development program in IIM Ahmedabad in middle and Senior management. Started career as an Engineer in an Indian subsidiary of a Global Packaging and Industrial automation company from USA and grown to General manger in 35 years till retired recently. He handled sourcing, design and product development, marketing, unit management and also project management. YVR handled the teams and Implemented brown field and green field projects in India and abroad. He has vast experience of handling global project and exposure in Plastic, paper and steel production lines used for packaging.
Narsinga Rao Parvathaneni:
Narsinga is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with more than 35 years exposure in procurement and supply chain areas in the manufacturing industries of international reputation in India, KSA, USA, etc.. His experience also includes both manufacturing of Automobile LCVs of NISSAN Motor Co, Ni-Cad batteries of Sab-Nife AB, Sweden. He lives in USA and also exposure in implementing software product ERP-SAP in the manufacturing industries in USA since more than 14 years. Narsinga is a permanent resident of USA, also an entrepreneur and President in multiple business Incorporations in USA involved in Software and Gasoline business.
